Shonan Ninomiya Stay offers two private spaces: UMI on the first floor and SORA on the second. Stay separately or book the entire house for a larger group.

Bright living spaces, an indoor climbing wall and swing, plus three bedrooms with lofts. Up to 9 guests, subject to seasonal loft sleeping limits.

1階UMIと2階SORAを合わせた約178㎡の一棟貸切。7つの就寝スペース、各階にキッチン・浴室・専用玄関を備え、三世代旅行や複数家族での滞在におすすめです。ご利用人数と季節ごとのロフト制限についてはお問い合わせください。

Reserve both UMI and SORA as one private house of approximately 178 m², with seven sleeping areas, separate kitchens, bathrooms and entrances. Ideal for extended family and group stays. Please inquire about group size and seasonal loft restrictions.

SORAのプレイルームには、室内ボルダリングやブランコ、電車のおもちゃ、絵本などをご用意。大人も子どもも、自由な時間を過ごせます。

At SORA, kids can enjoy the indoor climbing wall, swing, toy trains and picture books while everyone settles into a relaxed stay.

※遊具のご利用には保護者の見守りをお願いします。

Beach BBQ gear, free to borrow

海まで徒歩約3分。BBQグリル、テーブル、椅子、トング、火起こし用品、キャリーワゴンなどを無料で貸し出しています（要事前予約）。食材・炭などの消耗品は各自ご用意ください。

Borrow BBQ grills, a table, chairs, tongs, a charcoal starter and a wagon at no charge with advance reservation. Please bring your own food, charcoal and consumables.

※海岸は遊泳禁止です。現地の利用ルール・火気の取り扱いに従ってください。宿の敷地内でのBBQはできません。

Swimming is prohibited at the beach. Follow local BBQ and fire safety rules. BBQ is not permitted on the property.

アクセス・周辺観光

Getting around

JR二宮駅・海岸までともに徒歩約3分。小田原・箱根・鎌倉・熱海への観光拠点にも便利。近くにはスーパー、コンビニ、飲食店もあります。

About a three-minute walk to JR Ninomiya Station and the coast. Convenient for visiting Odawara, Hakone, Kamakura and Atami, with local shops and restaurants nearby.
